Jhaoping Line (Blue Line)
There are two bus stops in front of Jhaoping Park: the waiting terminal and the visitor center stop. Visitors can get off the bus at Jhaopin Station and walk around the Sister Lake and other scenic spots, and the cherry trees along the route are also the most popular photo spots during the cherry blossom season.

Xianglin Line (Red Line)
There are two bus stops in front of Jhaoping Park: the waiting terminal and the visitor center stop. Visitors can get off at Xianglin Station and walk around the Giant Wooden Path and other attractions.

Visitor Center Station → Jhaoping Station
Distance is about 2.2 km, travel time including the time for visitors to board and alight is about 10 minutes. -
Visitor Center Station → Xianglin Station
Distance is about 1.8km, travel time including the time for visitors to board and alight is about 8 minutes.
【Departure time】
- There is no fixed schedule, and each station will be arranged according to the situation of visitors on site; if you encounter any problems on site, please ask the staff at each station.
| 電子票券使用方式
1. 此為電子票(QR Code)，不另外寄送紙本票券。
2. 付款完成後，請至您的信箱收取【付款成功通知信】，憑信件內附之QR Code進行核銷；或至網站的【會員中心】→【我的訂單】→【已付款】分頁 → 點選【查看】內附之 QR Code 進行核銷。
3. 持電子憑證(QR Code)至景點核銷處，由服務人員核銷後使用。

- 核銷方式：入園後，請至候車總站或遊客中心站出示QR code，由工作人員進行感應，換取紙本單程票，請妥善保管紙票。（若紙票遺失或毀損恕不補發或退費，請重新購票）

| 系統訂單注意事項
- 訂單成立一小時內要完成付款，超過付款期限系統會自動取消訂單。
- 系統無提供修改訂單功能，如欲變更數量，需退票重訂。
- 任一商品經兌換使用後，恕不接受退款退費。
- 凡商品未使用，請至「本網站」會員中心→我的訂單(已付款訂單)→申請退款作業。

- 套票中任一商品或贈品經核銷使用，恕不接受退貨退費。
- 請務必留意兌換店家之營業時間，若該時段無法兌換，請於效期內其他正常營業時間兌換。
- 除依「天然災害停止辦公及上課作業辦法」規定，該縣市政府決定停止公告或上課之起止時間；或其他經營管理單位視園區實際狀況，足以影響遊客安全時必須全部或部分封閉，主辦單位得辦理延期或取消活動，並提前公告及聯繫，如有未盡事宜，主辦單位保留修改、終止、變更活動內容細節之權利。

- 此票券限定一人一票使用，每筆電子票券僅能使用一次，驗證進場後無法重複使用。
- 本票券之阿里山電動遊園車為來回票，此票券不含夜間觀星線及清晨觀日線。
- 阿里山電動遊園車位於阿里山國家森林遊樂區內，如需搭乘請先使用阿里山國家森林遊樂區門票入場後，至阿里山電動遊園車指定兌換地點，兌換實體車票。
- 搭乘方式採用定點停靠的方式於候車區讓購票遊客搭乘。但如遇緊急狀況時(如遊客身體不適)，將依現場狀況在不違反交通規則之情形下妥善處理。
