※ Opening Hours: 09:00 a.m.–05:00 p.m. daily

   1. Closing day：Every Monday （Open on national holidays and During the summer and winter vacation. ）

   2. Chinese New Year’s Eve , government-announced natural disasters, and other days announced by the Museum.

※ Repurchase is required if tickets are lost. Tickets will not be refundable once they are used or damaged.

※To ensure the quality of your visiting experience, we ask for your cooperation as follows visitor guidelines:

   1. Appropriate attire is required.

   2. Do not smoke in all areas.

   3. Do not eat, drink or chew gums or betel nuts in the galleries or theaters.

   4. Do not yell, push, run, lie on the benches, or litter.

   5. Do not bring pets (except service animals) or dangerous items to the Park.

   6. Photography with or without flash is permitted unless otherwise posted. Prior to any commercial or public use, please apply for permission from the Park.

   7. Please follow the instructions to operate objects in the galleries.

   8. Visitors who destroy, damage, or remove any property of the Park may be subject to fine or imprisonment litigation.

1. In the case of typhoon (Class and work suspension announced by Nantou County government) and poor weather conditions, Chelungpu Fault Preservation Park will be closed for safety concerns.

2. For the park closure due to weather or other irresistible factors, neither refund nor compensation can be made. Please visit anther day.
